Terms & Conditions

Read before you apply — clear, fair, and straightforward.

  1. Affiliate commissions will not be awarded on a purchase made using the affiliate's own referral link.
  2. Each trader may only register via one referral link. Any purchase made more than 90 days after the first click will not count towards affiliate commission.
  3. Commission is only paid once the payment has fully cleared on TopXFunded's end. Chargebacks or refunds will void the associated commission.
  4. Commission will only be paid for the first challenge purchase made by a referred trader. Account top-ups and account resets do not count toward commission.
  5. Affiliates are not permitted to engage in any negative marketing — including content that uses negative language about TopXFunded to draw attention or comparison.
  6. Affiliates are not permitted to use Pay-Per-Click (PPC) or keyword-based advertising that targets "TopXFunded" or any variation of the brand name as a bidding keyword.
  7. An affiliate commission will not be awarded if a referred customer uses a discount code belonging to a different affiliate during their purchase.
  8. Affiliates must qualify as a legitimate transaction upon TopXFunded's review before any commission is released to the affiliate's account.
  9. All affiliate websites or channels must display a clear disclaimer stating that TopXFunded does not own or operate the affiliate's platform and is not responsible for its content.
  10. The commission tier is based on confirmed, cleared referrals. Partner (15%) applies from referral 1. Elite Partner (25%) activates automatically after 20 confirmed referrals.
  11. Accepted payout methods are cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT, ETH), international bank transfer (SWIFT / SEPA), and PayPal. TopXFunded does not cover transfer fees.
  12. Commissions lock on the last calendar day of each month. Payouts are processed and sent on or before the 15th of the following month.
  13. The minimum withdrawal threshold is $50. Funds will be released on the next scheduled payout date following a withdrawal request.
  14. TopXFunded reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account found to be in violation of these terms, with forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
  15. These terms are subject to change. Affiliates will be notified a minimum of 14 days in advance of any material amendments via their registered email address.
